1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Fepzo Now, including our website, owner and admin panels, and related mobile applications. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Platform and roles
Fepzo is a multi-tenant food delivery and restaurant operations platform. Depending on your role:
- Customers browse shops, place orders, pay, track delivery, and manage addresses.
- Shop owners manage menus, pricing, staff, orders, delivery zones, taxes, and payouts.
- Riders accept deliveries, update statuses, and may share live location while online.
- Franchise / platform staff configure regions, plans, commissions, shops, riders, finance, and support.
3. SaaS subscriptions and commission models
Shops may operate on a SaaS subscription (recurring plan with feature limits and trials), a commission model, or as configured by the platform operator. Subscription fees, trial length, renewals, upgrades, and feature gates are shown during onboarding or in your owner dashboard.
Owners are responsible for choosing the correct billing model, keeping payment methods valid, and paying invoices or commission settlements on time. Failure to pay may restrict ordering, catalog edits, or payouts according to platform rules.
4. Orders, menus, and pricing
Shop owners are responsible for lawful, accurate catalog data, allergen information where required, taxes, stock, preparation times, and delivery coverage. Customers should review items, fees, and delivery details before confirming payment.
5. Payments
Online payments may be processed by third parties such as Razorpay or Stripe. Cash on delivery, wallets, rider earnings, shop settlements, and refunds follow platform and franchise rules described in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or infringing content.
- No attempts to bypass security, access other tenants’ data, or abuse APIs.
- No sale of prohibited products where not legally permitted.
7. Service availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access during maintenance, outages, or third-party failures (payments, maps, SMS, push notifications).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms when the product, law, or commercial model changes. Material changes may be communicated via the website, app, or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
