1. Overview
You can request deletion of your Fepzo account and associated personal data. Some information must be retained for legal, tax, or accounting reasons—especially records of completed orders.
2. Customers (mobile app)
- Open the Fepzo customer app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account (or equivalent wording in your app version).
- Confirm the request. Your account will be deactivated and scheduled for deletion review.
After processing, personal profile data, addresses, and login tokens are removed. Order history may be kept with customer identity removed where required for shop accounting and tax records.
3. Shop owners and riders
Owner and rider accounts involve payouts, tax, and operational records. To close an account, contact platform support using the details on our Contact us page. We may verify identity before deactivating access.
4. What we delete vs. retain
- Deleted: profile name, phone, email, saved addresses, push tokens, loyalty wallet linkage, and app login access.
- May be retained: anonymized or de-identified order lines, payment references, invoices, settlement logs, and security audit entries as required by law.
5. Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days unless law requires longer retention). You will not be able to recover the account afterward.
6. Children
Fepzo is not directed at children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing. Accounts must be created by eligible users.
