This Privacy Policy explains how Fepzo Now (“Fepzo”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use our website, mobile apps, and platform services for customers, shop owners, riders, and authorized staff.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, phone, email, username, role, language, profile photo, login sessions.
- Order data: cart items, delivery address, instructions, status history, payments, refunds, tips, coupons, and support notes tied to an order.
- Shop & SaaS data: business details, menus, staff, subscription plan, billing status, commission settings, and payout records.
- Location data: customer delivery coordinates, rider live location while tracking is active, and geo-fenced delivery zones.
- Technical data: device type, app version, IP address, push tokens, crash logs, and security audit events.
3. How we use data
We process data to create and secure accounts, display menus, place and fulfill orders, calculate fees and taxes, assign riders, send transactional notifications, operate SaaS billing, prevent fraud, provide support, produce operational reports, and improve reliability.
4. Analytics (website and apps)
We use analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve ordering, delivery, and owner tools:
- Website: If you accept cookies on our marketing site, we may use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure page views, referrers, and general traffic. IP anonymization is enabled where supported.
- Mobile apps: Customer, owner, and rider apps may use Firebase Analytics (Google) for events such as app opens, screens viewed, and high-level order funnel metrics. On iOS, collection respects App Tracking Transparency choices where applicable.
- Operations: Authorized admins may view aggregated reports (orders, revenue, shop performance) inside the platform. These are for business operations, not for selling personal data.
We do not use analytics to make automated decisions that legally affect you without human review.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your region, we rely on contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), legal obligations (tax and accounting), and consent (optional cookies / marketing where required).
6. Sharing
We share data only as needed with shops and riders fulfilling your order, payment processors, map and SMS providers, cloud hosting, franchise operators, analytics providers (Google), and authorities when required by law.
7. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and afterward as needed for accounting, tax, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Completed orders may be kept without personal identifiers after account deletion where described in our Delete account policy.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and withdraw consent for optional analytics cookies on the website. Contact us using the channels on our Contact us page. Customers may also submit deletion requests in the mobile app.
