1. Data We Collect
- Account details such as name, email, phone, username, role, language, and profile settings.
- Shop details such as address, coordinates, categories, catalog, opening hours, delivery areas, tax settings, and payment settings.
- Customer order details such as cart items, address, delivery instructions, coupons, taxes, payments, and order status.
- Rider data such as online status, assigned orders, earnings, COD settlements, and location pings while tracking is enabled.
- Technical data such as device sessions, push tokens, logs, IP address, browser data, and app version.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to run accounts, process orders, calculate taxes and delivery charges, assign riders, show live tracking, prevent misuse, send notifications, support customers and owners, settle finances, and improve the platform.
3. Location Data
Location data may be used for delivery coverage checks, nearby shop discovery, live order tracking, rider dispatch, distance calculation, and fraud prevention. Rider location should be collected only while operationally required.
4. Payments
Online payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Razorpay. Fepzo stores transaction references and status information, but sensitive card or bank details are handled by the payment provider unless otherwise stated by your deployment.
5. Sharing
We may share limited data with shops, riders, franchises, admins, payment providers, map providers, notification providers, hosting vendors, analytics providers, or legal authorities when needed to operate the service or comply with obligations.
6. Retention and Security
We keep data as long as needed for operations, legal records, dispute handling, security, backups, and analytics. We use access controls, tenant scoping, audit logs, and secure configuration practices to protect data.
7. Your Choices
Depending on your role and local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, consent withdrawal, or account closure. Some records may be retained where needed for orders, finance, security, or legal obligations.
